To be able to showcase my tram/street car models, I am building a small diorama as a photo backdrop. It consists of a simple loop with a 18.8 cm /7.4 in radius. It can be operated with either conventional DC or digital DCC. It will feature a road intersection with working traffic lights as well as a grade crossing with working flashing signals.
The park will have illuminated park lamps and other details such as pedestrians, benches, food stalls and more.
The tram stop itself will feature minimum detail to not block the view of a street car stopped.
The intersection traffic light will be controlled through an Arduino with a button, which, when pressed, switches all road signals to red and a seperate signal for the street car to green.
